Exercise:

We use a low-intensity level walking program to optimize fat burning while in diet-associated ketosis. The exercise component of this program begins AFTER you have adjusted to the diet, which is typically 1-2 weeks for most dieters. The goal of the low intensity walking program is to optimize fat burning while you are in ketosis & add an additional 1/4 to 1/2 lbs of fat burning each week, which reduces the duration of the overall program.
