Our certified Personal Trainer offers individual and group sessions focused on physical exercise, nutrition, and overall health and wellness approaches to improve quality of life. Personal Training begins with baseline cardiovascular fitness testing, strength and flexibility testing, and diet and lifestyle assessment to identify the specific health and fitness needs of each client. Individual sessions are conducted in our clinic, providing a comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere that does not carry the stigma of a large gym. Our trainer will track your progress over time and provide specific exercise and nutritional recommendations to be carried out at home. Being accountable for your results makes a world of difference between success and failure!
